Huge Vintage lot of 1970’s Tri-Chem ready to paint items, hot iron transfers and supplies. Price is for all that is shown. #1: Glamour Kit in box: NOTE: This kit is NOT complete, it is missing the jar of Chemage. The items included in the box are: Instruction sheet, dated 1977. Pearl Dust, 3 oz jar. 2-wonder flo tips. 8 plastic mixing bags, approx. 4″ x 18″. 4 painting plastic jars with 4 spouts with tips, approx. 6 1/2″ tall to top of spout. Plastic bottle only is approx. 1 3/4″ in diameter x 5″ tall. Opening approx. 1 1/8″ in diameter. #2: Tri-Chem Fantasy flower white tablecloth that is ready to paint or it could be finished with hand embroidery. I found a picture of the finished tablecloth in an old Tri-Chem magazine in 2 different color combinations. Item #8947. It measures 60″x108″ (noted with a check mark on instruction sheet). 65% polyester and 35% cotton permanent press fabric. The edges are finished with a narrow rolled edge hem The instructions are not dated but from the 1970’s to early 1980’s. It has a handwritten price on the instructions, $23.95 in the upper right corner. #3: 48 Vintage Tri-Chem orchid and hibiscus fabric blocks that are ready to paint or hand embroidery. Stamped with red transfer ink. These are 6 strips that measure approx. 16″x 23″, each with 6 blocks (36 total). There’s 1 strip that measures approx. 16″ x 46″ that has 12 blocks. Item #9716. Each block when cut apart measures approx. 7″ x 7″. 100% cotton. Some of these have slight yellowing along the fold lines. 24 orchid blocks and 24 hibiscus blocks. #4: 20 Vintage Tri-Chem flowers with Love round fabric blocks that are ready to paint or hand embroidery. Stamped with red transfer ink. Some of these blocks are cut apart and some need cutting apart. Some of these do not have any yellowing along the edges of the fabric but others do, see pictures. Item #9731. The circles are approx. 7 1/2″ in diameter. 50% cotton and 50% polyester. #5: They’re16 leaf / acorn gold velvet pictures. The gold has a crushed velvet look. 1 is a single picture, then there’s 6 on one fabric piece and 9 on the other fabric piece. Each one measures approx.3 3/4″ x 6″. The design is stamped in black transfer ink. Fabric: 100% rayon front and 100% cotton back. Item # 9734. NO instructions. #6: They’re 23 black velvet pictures. This fabric looks more like suede. The design is stamped in white. Instructions included for Spark-L-On practice blocks but do not have what colors to use on these. Item # 9738. There’s 1 single flower, then there’s 2 landscape scenes on one fabric piece, 8 landscape pictures on another fabric piece and 12 landscape scenes on the other fabric piece. 2 different landscape scenes, 11 of each design. Fabric is 100% nylon front, back 30% cellulose and 70% polyester. These measure approx. 5″ x 7″. #7: Two cotton or cotton blend dresser scarves with a flower and butterfly red transfer ink design. These measure approx. 12″x21″. They have a rolled edged hem. No instructions. The ink design has faded a lot. #8: Tri-Chem Wildflowers fashion scarf ready to paint with instructions. Item # 0840. Color: Light blue. Fabric: 100% polyester. Size approx. 11″x40″. #9: One sheet of 12 round novelty animal designs with sayings to paint. Each round design measures approx. 3 1/2″ in diameter. Fabric: either polyester and nylon or polyester, rayon and nylon. Red ink transfer designs have faded a lot. The entire sheet measures approx.12″x16″. No instructions. #10: One sheet with 2 cute cat designs. The entire sheet measures approx. 12″x18″. Each picture is approx. 9″x12″. Red ink transfer has faded a lot. One of these also has a small orange spot on the cat’s eye. #11: Also included are 4 plastic paint tube protectors. CONDITION: In overall good vintage condition. None of the items have been painted. NOTE: The kit does NOT have the Chemage that is mentioned on the instruction sheet. The instruction sheets on all items do show wear, some have yellowed some with age, some have holes along the fold lines, creases, folds etc. Some of the fabric on the «Love» floral blocks have yellowed some, mostly around the edges, see pictures. All the fabric and ready to paint items do have fold lines from being stored a lot of years. Some of the Orchid and Hibiscus fabric blocks have yellowed slightly along the fold lines and have some tiny rust specks from straight pins that I removed. The red transfer ink has faded some on the blocks but still enough left to see the design. On the pictures that need painting the red transfer ink has faded more but visible if you put some white fabric underneath. These all have fold lines/wrinkles, some spotting from storage. USPS Ground Advantage/insured or Priority/insured for shipping. Due to box size and weight, over 4 lbs packed, this can’t be combined with other items.Thanks for looking.
