1. The item you are comparing with has to be in the same condition with the same make, feature, be a buy it now listing, and be from a UK based seller 2. Claim for a difference refund has to be made within 10 days of date of purchase 3. Item listing has to be listed before date of purchase and the seller must have a feedback score of at least 100, with at least 5 items currently for sale 4. The person making the claim can't be the same person selling the comparative item 5. To make a claim send the item number of the other item, if it meets the conditions a refund will be paid for the difference plus an additional 10% of the difference within 3 days via PayPal

Refunds

We are more than willing to issue refunds, which is why we offer a no questions asked money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason or if there was any problems just send it back to us for a full refund, as long as the item is in the same condition as it was when it was sent out to you. The procedure for refunds is:

1. Send us a return request via eBay letting us know that you would like a refund
2. Once it is accepted we will send a refund tracking number to you, please attach this to the parcel somewhere either outside or inside. Please note if you do not do this it may take longer to process your refund
3. Once we receive the item and check that it is in good condition we will issue you a full refund, minus shipping costs
4. Please note you will be liable for shipping costs, unless it was a fault with our listing or the item was damaged or unusable. Refunds without id numbers may take longer to process. Exchanges

As well as refunds you can always exchange an item, if this will make the item more suitable to your needs, please ensure the item is still in the same condition we sent it out to you and still in its original packaging.

The procedure for exchanges are:

1. Message us to let us know that you would like to exchange and item, and what item you would like instead
2. If the item you asked for is in stock we will give you a exchange code, please attach this to the parcel somewhere either outside or inside. Please note if you do not do this it may take longer to process your refund
3. If the replacement item you requested isn't in stock , then you can still keep the item or get a full refund by following the refund procedure
4. Once we get the item back, and it is in the same condition , we will send out the replacement item, there is no need to open a refund request in this case
5. Once the item reaches us we will pay for the shipping to get the replacement item out to you​​​​​​​

How do I know if your items are fake or real?

We only stock genuine item or brands, we have been trading for over 30 years and have always dealt in genuine goods only. We sometimes stock item which are based on popular trends and styles, all brands and makes are clearly stated on the listings.

Who do you use for deliveries?

We use several courier companies for deliveries, domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail or DHL and international orders are sent via express DHL services for most countries or Royal Mail for some remote locations.

How long does an item take to arrive?

We dispatch within two days at most and first class delivery tasks between 1 – 3 days to arrive. International orders depend on DHL/Royal Mail timings

What countries do you ship to?

Our regular shipping includes UK , Europe and USA. Shipping to other countries can be arranged, please message before purchasing.

What happens if an item gets lost, or is damaged in the post?

If you haven't received an item within 4 days of us dispatching it, let us know and we will make a lost item claim on your behalf and then refund you the money or send our a replacement, or you can make a lost item claim yourself, please note we cannot be held liable for an issues with Royal mail but we will try help in any way possible

What if an item isn't what I expected?

If you receive an item and for whatever reason it isn't how you expected you can always give it back to us for a full refund. If in the unlikely event there was a problem with the listing then we will also refund full postage

How do I know if an item fits?

All sizes are clearly stated in the listing. Please note some items have different fits such as fitted baggy etc. and this is stated on the listing as well. If you do receive an item and it doesn't fit you can send it back for as different size or refund it
